How to reach us

We don't run a phone line or live chat. The most reliable way to reach us is email.

Email us at:

We typically reply within 48 hours on weekdays. For complex or research-related questions, response time may be longer.

What to contact us about

We welcome messages about:

  • Content corrections — if you spot a factual error in a blog post or hub guide, please tell us. We take accuracy seriously and will correct verified errors quickly.
  • Test interface issues — bugs, accessibility problems, display issues on specific devices or browsers.
  • Methodology questions — how we score, what our normative sample looks like, why we chose ICAR.
  • Privacy and data concerns — see our Privacy Policy first; if your question isn't answered there, ask.
  • Educational partnerships — if you teach a psychology, statistics, or research-methods course and want to use our test or content with attribution.
  • Research collaborations — academic researchers interested in our user data (we have none) or methodology.
  • Press inquiries — journalists writing about IQ testing, viral quizzes, or related topics.

What we can't help with

We can't:

  • Provide individual IQ score interpretation or psychological consultation — see a licensed psychologist for this
  • Administer official Mensa qualifying tests — contact Mensa International directly
  • Diagnose learning disabilities, giftedness, or intellectual disabilities — consult a qualified clinician
  • Recover or look up your previous test results — we don't store them (see our Privacy Policy)

Response time and expectations

We're a small team. We read every email but can't always reply at length to philosophical or open-ended questions about the nature of intelligence. We prioritize:

  1. Factual corrections to our content
  2. Bug reports and accessibility issues
  3. Privacy and data concerns
  4. Partnership and press inquiries
  5. General questions and feedback

If you don't hear back within a week, your message may have been caught by spam filters — feel free to send a polite follow-up.
